This project is a new police administration building for the City of Los Angeles. The $300 million project is currently under construction and is designed to achieve LEED silver certification. gkkworks teamed with Vanir to provide pre-construction and construction management services including design review, constructability review, budget and cost review, scheduling, estimating, claim analysis, on-site construction management and other PM/CM related services.
