gkkworks was selected by the County of Riverside to complete a master plan for the new Thermal Community Center and Library located in the eastern portion of the Coachella Valley. The Project consisted of a 10,000 SF Youth Center, 7,000 SF library and a 3,000 SF boxing club. Situated in the unincorporated community of Thermal, this project was to be a focal point for the community and would have a lot of input from community members and leaders. Four schemes were made into three dimensional models. This allowed the County to get important input from the community, but better yet, get key stakeholders to "buy-in" to a specific concept model.
