gkkworks and its consultants prepared the 2006 Educational and Facilities Master Plan for Irvine Valley College. Working with a District steering committee, the president's business council, deans, and academic senate, this Master Plan was prepared in seven months and projected Irvine Valley's student growth through WSCH and FTE's through the year 2020, a 14-year planning horizon. The projected student population will grow from 11,000 students to 14,600 in 2020.
