gkkworks provided site adaptive design services and construction management services for this student housing project consisting of 64 new housing units for a total of approximately 400 beds (126,566 GSF) in a four-story building with type 5 construction. The project is based on the recently completed Building "A" in the Pioneer Heights Phase II Student Housing project. Building "A" has a potential capacity for 240 beds, which has been reduced due to programmatic constraints for study rooms and residential advisors. The project site is adjacent to the recently completed Phase II Student Housing, in Parking Lot C. Our team is providing both architectural services and well as construction management for the project.
