gkkworks worked with the stakeholders of College of the Desert to design this 40,000-GSF, four-story, off-site center building in downtown Indio, California. The facility contains administrative and financial offices, 12 classrooms, two labs, two conference/training centers, two meeting rooms, an active learning lab, and retail space as a revenue generator.
