gkkworks provided construction management services for Coast Community College District's, 38,000 SF offsite Learning Resource Center (LRC) in Westminster. gkkworks worked diligently with the District and architects to provide constructability reviews, estimates, and bid packaging while the projects were being reviewed by DSA, as well as providing construction management services during the construction. The facility replaced the existing Huntington Learning Center, which was leased space and which had been outgrown over the last decade. The new facility includes a Library, LRC, Classrooms, Labs and Administrative Offices.
