Our firm brings to the US transportation industry a depth of resources rooted in more than 25 years of experience including extensive high-speed rail experience in Europe. Our capacity as integrated planners, engineers, architects and construction managers provides a specialized team suited to the needs of any transportation project, regardless of scope or scale. We pride ourselves on design excellence, delivery innovation and sustainable development. transitworks was born out of the growing need for transportation specialists who can address increasingly complex mobility issues in the US. The firm is the result of two well established professional services firms coming together to provide a truly synergistic solution to challenges in the US transportation market. California based gkkworks and GPO Ingenieria, S.A., based in Spain, have each allocated key dedicated resources including firm principals and support staff to operate transitworks. All work is managed within the US by transitworks staff located in southern California.
