Bill is responsible for overseeing all of gkkworks' Federal business. His responsibilities include strategic planning, business development, and managing major programs. He has extensive experience in the design and construction industries, with experience in a wide range of facilities for most of the firm's business lines including multi-million projects for the Corps of Engineers and the US Navy. Bill maintains a working knowledge of all federal clients, projects, and programs within the group. Bill's background includes design-build experience in hospitals and medical/dental centers; laboratories and vivariums; major banking and data centers; convention and sports centers; mixed-use developments; and many other highly technical, critical facilities – many of which have been for very high profile clients. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY. He also obtained a certification in Contractors Quality Management from the US Army Corps of Engineers. He is a licensed general contractor and an active member of the American Society of Healthcare Engineers and the Society of American Military Engineers.
