Stephen has 18 years of professional experience focused solely on design and construction of critical facilities. Stephen oversees the Eastern division of gkkworks Critical Facilities operation where he has either managed directly or indirectly the construction of hundreds of mission critical projects throughout the country ranging in size and criticality level. As an expert in coordinating multiple resources to achieve the client's program objective, Stephen is also well versed in common critical facility project attributes such as: aggressive scheduling; cost control through value engineering services; and continuous operation of existing active network equipment throughout construction.
